Ray's Day At The Beach

We went for a little drive out to along PCH yesterday. Down the 405. West to Santa Monica. Out along the shore. And north to Topanga Canyon. Cars parked all along the edge of the road. In every manageable crack and crevice. Just about to turn into the hills, I spotted a slot across the way. At that same moment a gap in the traffic appeared. So we flipped around and decided to spend the afternoon on the beach.

Quick Zoo Trip

We took a quick trip to the zoo today. We happened to be near by and realized they were still open for one more hour. Nice thing about having a family pass.

Thought at least we'd get to watch the sea lions near the front gate, but turned out they've been moved while the tank gets renovated. We spent most of our time walking in and out of the main path to the heart of the zoo. Ended up seeing some meerkats, flamingos, ducks, and baby alligators. Ray mostly appreciated running about on his own two feet.

Mothers Day

Ok, so those of you who've check back in here, day-in day-out for the past year looking for new photos of Ray, have been very patient. There's one person in-particular who's been extremely patient with me. That'd be my mom. And what better day to fulfill my promises.
