Happy Birthday Brian!

Well it was bound to happen. The first birthday blog of the new year.

Today's my cousin Brian's birthday. He turns, well, let me get out my abacus... I mentioned him here before, more specifically his artwork. If you didn't grow up with him, he pretty much goes by the monicker of Nicolas Caesar now.

I used to spend my summers at my aunt & uncles with him and his sister Christine. We passed the hot summer swimming races, seeing the big summer movies (Clash Of The Titans, Raiders Of The Lost Ark, Return Of The Jedi, Fletch...), playing with our Star Wars action figures, and drawing pictures.

He's recently moved to Newark. Living in downtown Oakland was finally getting to be too much. I hope all my gifts make it to him. His Amazon wishlist had a Newark address listed.
